The Iolkos Villas are located on a terraced slope aside the village Stavromenos, with amazing views over the bay and the sea, the town and the port of Rethymno, and towards the white mountains as well as to the Ida massif.

The 3 two-storey row-houses are mostly constructed from natural stone and towards the sea side have separate fenced gardens, where the swimming pool (23sqm) of each are located. In front of the living rooms there is one terrace each with garden furniture, an umbrella and natural stone stairs lead to the gardens.

By the swimming pools there are outside showers and barbecue areas. All three villas offer air conditioning in all the rooms, firewood, first-aid kit, safety deposit box, washing machine, hair dryer and iron with ironing board.   

Type A: Villas Takis & Nikos are 80qm in size and can accommodate 5-6 people.

On the ground floor there are a living room with open fireplace, Satellite TV, CD and DVD player and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, with fridge & freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, an egg boiler, an electric juicer and a toaster.

There is one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a bathtub/WC. On the top floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and a shower/WC. Towards the sea side is a veranda with outside stairs, garden furniture and an umbrella.

Type B: Villa Stamatis is the same as the other two, with the difference that it is 95sqm in size, has one double bedroom and shower/WC downstairs and two bedrooms and bathtub/WC upstairs, with one double bed and two single beds, and can accommodate 6 people. 

Supermarkets, Tavernas, shops of any kind, colorful nightlife can be found everywhere along the bay, 350m away. The nearest beach is 800m away while the town of Rethymno is only 12km away is.   

 
A car is considered to be essential in order to be able and explore the whole area.
