These well maintained, pleasantly sited spacious apartments are right by the sandy beach at Stavromenos, set within large grounds (6500sqm), 11 km to the east of Rethymno.
They are recently built to a high standard with modern furniture and fittings, and ideal for families with children as the beach area is not only alongside the property but is also safe.
Sun beds and umbrellas are available on the beach, at an extra charge. Facilities include a swimming pool (80sqm), reception with TV, snack bar, and children's playground.

There are four types of accommodation:

A: Five large studios (25sqm), for 2-3 people, with a bed/living room with a double bed, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony, most of them with sea views. These studios are particularly suitable for the disabled.

B: Fourteen large apartments (40-45sqm), for 2-4 people, (some of which have the entrance from the balcony), with one bedroom with a double bed, living room with two beds, kitchenette, shower/WC and 2 balconies, most of them with sea views.

: Three large apartments (45-50sqm), for 3-5 people, as in type B, and with three beds in the living room.

B2: Seven large apartments (50-60sqm), for 4-6 people, as in type B, and with four beds in the living room.

C: One apartment (80sqm), for 4-6 people, with living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (shower/WC and bath/WC), and three balconies with sea views and one large terrace of 70sqm.

D: One large apartment (100sqm) on the first floor, for 6-8 people, with three twin bedrooms. It has a living room with sofa beds for 2 people, dining room with kitchenette, shower/WC and bathroom/WC and 3 balconies, two of which have sea views.

Breakfast included can be arranged, at an extra charge and upon request.
A mini market, tavernas and the bus stop, which has a regular 30 minutes service, in the summer, to Rethymno, are nearby.
The owner lives nearby and is always available for any information you may need.
A car is recommended and there is plenty of parking space.
The apartments are cleaned three times a week, towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week.
