Each 3-bedroom villa is 150sqm in size, suitable for 6 people, and each has its own private swimming pool (55sqm), BBQ area and patio furniture.

From the parking area to the rear one reaches the main entrance on the first floor, opening to a large living room with double glazed picture window, spacious terrace with awning, and views over the pool and gardens, countryside and the sea in the distance.

The living room has satellite TV and a stereo. Further on this floor there is a WC, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a balcony.

A marble staircase leads down to the ground floor and to the three bedrooms (2 double and one twin). One of the bedrooms has en-suite shower/WC, the other two each have a bath/WC en-suite, and all bedrooms have private verandas. Also on this floor there is a utility room with washing machine, ironing board with iron.

There is air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms, at an extra local charge, and central heating is available for cooler spells. From the ground floor there are stairs down to the lower garden and pool level.

Tavernas, shops and other tourist amenities can all be found in the town of Rethymnon. This is an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful holiday in natural settings, yet close to a wide variety of amenities. Car hire is recommended.
