Villa Elisabeth is one of two self-contained maisonettes, situated about 800m from the small town of Perama and 24 km from the town of Rethymnon.

The maisonette has the benefit of a private 25sqm swimming pool, with a shallow end for children, which can also be used as a Jacuzzi.

The 3-storey building is set in young gardens, which are surrounded by 5500sqm of olive groves, and there are wonderful over the surrounding countryside.

Villa Elisabeth is 120sqm in size and suitable for up to 7 people. It has an open plan living area with two sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen with dining corner, and a balcony.

On this floor there is also a shower/WC. Off the upstairs hallway are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with twin beds, as well as a bathroom/WC and a further balcony.

The bedrooms have air conditioning (extra local charge).
Further facilities include satellite TV, CD player, washing machine, an ironing board with iron, safety deposit box, telephone for incoming calls, a BBQ, and central heating for the winter months (at an extra charge).

In the town of Perama one can find shops, supermarkets, a bakery, tavernas, cafes, a post office and a bank. The closest sandy beach is in Panormo about 7 km away. A car is recommended.
