This new stone country house is peacefully set on a hillside among olive trees, and has glorious panoramic views of the Libyan Sea. The traditionally furnished villa is 110sqm in size and can host up to 5 people. In the young gardens there is a large terrace with a 32 sqm private swimming pool, shower, and patio furniture.

The house has an open plan living area with fireplace, satellite TV and stereo hi-fi, along with a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher) and a dining area. On a lower level there are two bedrooms both with TV, one double with en-suite bath/WC having a Jacuzzi/bathtub, and the other twin with a bath/WC. Leading off the double bedroom and the living area, one has access to the pool area.

Further facilities include air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living area (included in the price), washing machine, hairdryers, and an ironing board with iron. At the back of the house there is an old stone cottage, which is used by the housekeeper for the maintenance and service of the villa.

The fabulous crystal clear waters lapping the two pebble beaches of Triopetra are 3 km away. There are also a couple of tavernas here. The nearest village with kafenion and gas station is Akoumia at 6 km distance. In the little town of Spili, some 11 km away, there is a choice of mini markets and tavernas, also a post office, bank and a health center. Further shops and tourist amenities can be found in Aghia Galini, 15 km away. This is an ideal spot for country lovers. A car is essential.
