On the outskirts of the village of Stavromenos, approx. 14 km from Rethymnon, surrounded by olive groves stand these three detached stone houses, each approx. 65sqm in size with a private pool of 24sqm. They have been built and decorated with special care and respect to the Cretan tradition. Air conditioning is available and included in the price.

Filia/Stellios Houses are suitable for 6 people.
A flight of steps leads to the main entrance. There is a sitting/dining area with air conditioning, TV, a corner fireplace and stone built sofas, and a kitchenette. Two steps down and there is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, and a shower/WC with washing machine. A steep wooden staircase leads to a sleeping gallery with double mattress.

Off the sitting area another wooden ladder leads to a second sleeping gallery with double mattress. The dining area opens to a veranda with views over the countryside and down to the sea.

Further there is a shower/WC. A spiral iron staircase leads to the upper floor with a spacious twin bedroom, en-suite WC and a large veranda with attractive views of the countryside and the sea beyond. There is air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas.

Daskalos House is suitable for 4-6 people.
Steps lead up to the main entrance with small patio. There is an open plan living/dining area with fireplace, TV and two built-in sofa beds, and a kitchenette with washing machine. Two steps down one reaches a shower/WC, and a twin bedroom with a large veranda. A wooden staircase leads up to a large sleeping gallery with twin beds. There is air conditioning in all living and sleeping areas.

Mini-markets and tavernas can be found in the village of Stavromenos, 1 km away. The town of Rethymnon offers a more extensive range of shops. The sandy beach of Stavromenos is 1,5 km away. A car is essential and parking is available.
