These newly built apartments and maisonettes are positioned on a hillside, within 16.000sqm of grounds, approx. 200 metres from the turn off to the National Highway, 30 km from the town of Heraklion and 2 km from the lively village of Chersonissos. It is an ideal setting for a resort holiday, as it is within easy reach of many tourist attractions and entertainment possibilities. The nearest beach and a bus stop are 400 metres away. There are wonderful panoramic views over the sea and the beach resort, which at night with all the glittering lights is a particularly lovely sight.

Facilities include a reception with lobby, restaurant, mini-market, children's playground and a large swimming pool, with children's pool, for the use of all guests. All of the apartments have telephone, hair dryer, coffee machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a safety deposit box. There are three types of accommodation to choose from, as follows:

A: Four apartments on the first floor, in the main building, suitable for 2-4 people. They have one double bedroom, and one open plan living/sleeping area with two sofa beds, kitchenette, bath/WC, and two balconies with panoramic sea views.

B: Fourteen maisonettes (55sqm), suitable for 2-4 people. Two or three maisonettes share the use of one swimming pool of either 40sqm or 60sqm in size. The upper floor has one double bedroom, bathroom with "Hammam"(mini steam room)/shower/WC and bathrobes, and a balcony. The ground floor has an open plan living/sleeping area with two sofa beds, kitchenette, open fireplace, and a terrace with patio furniture.
C: Seven maisonettes (55sqm), suitable for 2-4 people, laid out and equipped in exactly the same way as in type B.
Each of these 7 maisonettes has the benefit of a private swimming pool of approx. 20sqm.
