This single storey, elevated villa is suitable for 6-8 people, has three bedrooms, and is 155sqm in size. Positioned in the centre of the beach resort of Platanias, 5 km east of Rethymnon, Villa Irini is surrounded by small gardens with palm trees. Further there is a 50sqm swimming pool, set in the gardens.

Please note that the pool will also be available for the use of any guests staying at neighbouring apartments, which belong to the villa owner's family.
There is a large open plan living room with an open fireplace, stereo, TV, two sofa beds, and separated by a breakfast bar there is a well equipped kitchen/dining area with a dishwasher.

The villa has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two with twin beds, a shower/WC, and a bathroom with bath and a washing machine. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning, at an extra local charge. Continuing around most of the house, there is a balcony with patio furniture.

The sandy beach, offering a wide variety of water sports, is reached after some 100 metres. Tavernas, shops, and a bus stop, offering a regular service to the town of Rethymnon, are all within a short distance. A car is recommended.
