Villa Kalliope, is ideally positioned within large peaceful grounds of 8000sqm, and surrounded with a variety of trees and flowers. Within the grounds there are in fact two villas, one of which is the owners. 

Villa Kalliope (230 sqm in total), however, is suitable for 12-15 people, and has a large swimming pool of 100 sqm, with sun beds, and private parking. Next to the villa there is an lovely area to dine al fresco, very well equipped with BBQ, fridge, kitchenette, washstand, table and chairs. The villa sits on a hill so there are delightful sea views across the Bay of Mirabello.  

The nearest sandy beach is only 800 metres away, with the main curving coastal road 600 metres away, and the large town of Agios Nikolaos, at approximately 1300 m distance.

The villa is designed to contain three individual apartments which may only be rented together, as a whole.  This makes this property perfect for a large party, or an extended family grouping. One apartment is on the ground floor (120 sqm) with two apartments of 55sqm each on the first floor. The ground floor apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds.

There is an open plan living/dining room with a fireplace, sofas, a big table, and a kitchenette complete with a full range of appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. There is one bathroom with a bath tub/Shower attachment/WC.

On the first floor one of the two apartments has one bedroom with double bed, kitchenette with a full range of appliances, a split level living/dining room, two sofas, dining table/chairs, and a big bathroom with bath tub/Shower attachment/WC, as well as a large veranda and balcony.

The second apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, a well equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with bath tub/shower attachment/ WC.  This apartment also has a big veranda and balcony. In addition, there is central heating available for cooler spells of the year, and this is available at an extra local charge.
