This generous sized detached villa is set in beautiful hilly countryside near the old village of Episkopi, and approx. 1 km from the nearest sand/shingle beach, and the bay of Georgioupolis. There are pretty well tended gardens at the front of the house.

Villa Loutraki offers wide ranging superb views over vineyards, the distant White Mountains and the sea, and is suitable for 12 people. In the main building which has central heating for cooler weather, there are four large bedrooms each of which is en-suite with a large shower room/WC, and each bedroom has its own private balcony.

Further to the main house, but with a separate entrance there is a fully contained annexe with one twin bedded bedroom, side patio, shower/WC, and kitchenette.

Two exterior flights of marble steps on either side of a covered veranda are leading to the front door. There is a spacious open plan living/dining area, simply furnished but with telephone and TV, and with a modern corner kitchenette with full size cooker, and fridge freezer.

Two of the bedrooms lead off the living area on the ground floor, one has three beds, and one has twin beds. There are a further two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with twin beds. Further there is a huge roof terrace with a panoramic vista over the surrounding countryside.

The town of Rethymnon is a 20 minute drive away. The nearest shops, and tavernas and a bus stop are all within 1 km distance. Car hire is essential.
