These two recently built villas are peacefully situated within olive groves, about 9 km west of the town of Chania in the area of Galatas, and approx. 3 km from the nearest sandy beach. The villas are quietly positioned on the slope of a hill and afford delightful views over olive trees, the sea and the mountains in the distance. The comfortable 2-storey houses are situated approx. 10m apart from each other, each of them surrounded by grounds of 500sqm and each having its own swimming pool of approx. 40sqm.

The villas are 120sqm in size and suitable for 6 people. They have three twin bedrooms with air conditioning (included in the price), two of them situated on the ground floor where there is also a bathroom with hip bath/WC, and a washing machine.

The other bedroom is on the first floor where there is a simple shower/WC. Further on this floor there is a living/dining room with cosy seating area and open fire place, dining table, TV, telephone for incoming calls, air conditioning, and a well equipped kitchenette with full size cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee maker. In addition there is also a vacuum cleaner.

Sun loungers, parasol and an outdoor shower can be found in the pool area and there is also a shaded terrace with portable BBQ, and patio furniture. The nearest supermarket, shops and some excellent tavernas can be found in the village of Galatas some 1,5 km away. Car hire is essential.
