This restored villa stands on its own, in a raised position approx. 800 metres above the village of Lefkogia and offers beautiful panoramic views over the area of Plakias and to the Libyan Sea beyond. Pretty gardens, fruit trees and olive groves on 5000sqm grounds surround the house. Villa Thymari is 120sqm in size and suitable for 6-7 people, with a 50sqm swimming pool (with children's pool) and a barbecue area in the garden.

The entrance is reached via a beautiful terrace on a raised ground floor; it leads to the living area with a fireplace, one sofa bed, TV and stereo system. The well-equipped kitchen/dining area also has a washing machine and is separated from the living room by an arch. Just off the kitchen, there is a small balcony with mountain views. Further on this floor, there is a double bedroom and a shower/WC.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a bathroom/WC, a further twin bedded room (1 stone built-in bed and 1 single bed), and a bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning (without extra charge). From the corridor one reaches a large balcony with fabulous views over the surrounding area and beyond to the sea.

In the village of Lefkogia there are 2 mini-markets, 2 tavernas and a bakery. A large choice of amenities can be found in Plakias, and the beautiful pebble bays of Ammoudi are only 2 km away. For a further excellent choice, the beaches of Shoinaria, Damnoni and Plakias are about 4 km away. Car hire is essential, and there is parking space at the villa.
