This very pretty detached villa has a unique and fabulous seashore position with gardens and sun terraces sitting just above a wide curving stretch of sandy beach at the small coastal resort of Stavros.

The villa is suitable for 6-8 people, having three double bedrooms. Villa Zorbas is well designed by its architect owner, and is a modern, spacious and very comfortable family house.

There are three double bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, and two with twin beds, and each opening onto balconies. The three bedrooms share a luxury bathroom with corner bath and shower, WC and large vanity unit with wash hand basin.

Downstairs there is a very spacious and open plan living/dining area with a stone fireplace, sofa beds, a well equipped generous sized kitchenette with full size cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, plenty of cupboard space and work surfaces. There is a also a downstairs WC.

The villa has a central heating system for the cooler times of the year. Air conditioning is available (included in the price) in the living room and in all bedrooms. The bright and airy living room faces the sea, with two huge windows and a central glass door opening onto the front garden terraces.

The spacious paved sun terraces and lawn at the front provide the most glorious and inspiring spot for Al Fresco dining, with wonderful far reaching seaviews. There are flowering shrubs and potted plants, a circular stone table with arched awning for shade, patio furniture, and a large portable BBQ.

To one side of the house, through a door, there is a flank of marble and stone steps leading directly down to the sand. At the back and to one corner of the villa gardens is a tiny stone summer house, which is nicely screened off with trellis and plants, and this is used from time to time by the owners to tend the gardens.

In the area of Stavros there are tavernas and a mini-market. A car is not essential but recommended.
