'We', 'us' or 'our' means Classic Travel Ltd. of Essex.

1.Agreement
By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Nothing in this site shall constitute an offer of goods or services.

2. Holiday Payments
When you book your holiday with us you are entering into a contract which is a legally binding contract.

If you book less than 12 weeks before departure, you must pay the full price at the time of booking.

For holidays that are booked more than 12 weeks from departure date, a deposit will be required of not less than £100 per person, balance payable 12 weeks before departure.

3. Holiday Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your holiday in whole or in part after your booking has been confirmed, you must contact us immediately by fax, email or in writing.

Your notice of cancellation is effective from when we receive it in writing. If you do cancel, we will charge a cancellation fee on the following scale:

4. Changes by You
If you wish to alter any details of your booking once we confirmed to you that it has been booked, we will do our utmost to help provided changes are sent in writing to us. Where we can make the change requested, we charge a £30 amendment fee. There may also be a change in the price of your holiday. Changes cannot be made within 35 days of departure . If we are unable to make any requested change and you do not wish to continue with the booking then our cancellation charges, as detailed below, will apply.

5. Changes to Site
Further, we may change this Site at any time without notice by adding or removing features or services. This will be without liability to you. We reserve the right to withdraw offers and discounts at any time and at our discretion. Classic Travel Ltd. does not warrant that the information accessible via this Site is accurate and assumes no duty to update such information. The information which we display is derived from a number of sources including the brochures of Travel Companies. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.

6. Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.  Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.

7. Data Privacy
Classic Travel Ltd. has a privacy statement for all clients.  All personal details that you give us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of any orders and payments secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

8. Conditions of Use - Copyright
You may save and print individual items included on this Site. However this must be for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may also send selected individual items to other users of the Site or your friends provided that they only use them for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other onward distribution or further publication is prohibited.

Classic Travel Ltd. grants access to the pages contained herein upon condition that the visitor or viewer accepts the jurisdiction of the courts and laws of England to govern matters between us in relation to this web site.
