Il Borgo di Vescine - Tuscany

A delightfully restored Etruscan hamlet. Dating back to the13th century, the Etruscan hamlet of Vescine has been carefully transformed into the fascinating Country Relais of Il Borgo di Vescine. It provides easy access to art and culture in Siena (20km) and Florence (42km), plus the viniculture and delightful rolling countryside of the famous Chianti region. From the outdoor swimming pool there are glorious views over the entire valley and there’s a tennis court, mountain bikes and a small fitness room available as well as riding stables nearby. Breakfast can be enjoyed al fresco and, in the evening, delicious Chianti and Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by superb wines, is served either on the terrace or in the cosy restaurant.
